Sandy Andreou

Sandy is an associate in the Securities and Public Markets Groups of the McMillan LLP law firm. Her practice areas include climate change, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and structured products. She also assists public and private companies, investment funds and registrants with general securities compliance, continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters. Sandy joined the firm as a summer student in 2005 prior to her graduation from Osgoode Hall in 2006, and completed her articles with the firm in 2007.

With a strong interest in social issues and education development, Sandy contributes her professional experience and knowledge of legal and due diligence processes for charitable organizations to ensure the successful launch and continued development of NCEP.
